Shipping & delivery policy

Plain-language terms for the current X24 retail and wholesale website. Effective July 28, 2026.

Retail and wholesale delivery

Shipping promises begin with confirmed information.

Delivery timing depends on stock, order approval, address accuracy, packaging, destination, and carrier service. “In stock” is an inventory indicator, not a same-day shipping promise.

1. Retail shipping charges

Retail shipping charges and any free-shipping threshold will be published before single-unit checkout opens. The catalog remains available for product research and wholesale quote requests.

2. Wholesale freight

Wholesale freight is not included in catalog unit prices. It is added to the formal quotation after the order's size, weight, packaging, destination, and delivery requirements are reviewed. Residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations, appointments, redelivery, storage, address correction, and similar carrier services may create additional charges.

3. Processing and shipment timing

A shipping estimate is a good-faith estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date unless X24 expressly states otherwise in writing. For covered consumer orders, X24 will ship within the promised time or, when no time was promised, within the period required by applicable law. If a covered order cannot ship on time, X24 will provide a delay option or cancel and refund the unshipped merchandise as required.

4. Address accuracy and changes

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address, contact name, email, and any receiving restrictions. Request corrections immediately. X24 cannot guarantee an address change after carrier processing begins. Carrier address-correction, intercept, redelivery, or storage charges caused by incorrect buyer information may be passed through where permitted.

5. Tracking and delivery scans

Tracking is sent or displayed when available. A carrier's delivery scan is evidence of delivery, but X24 will help review a timely report of loss or misdelivery. Check mailrooms, receiving areas, household members, neighboring delivery points, and the carrier before reporting a package missing.

6. Damage, shortages, and wrong items

Photograph the unopened carton, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected product. Retail buyers should report a problem as soon as possible and preferably within 7 calendar days. Wholesale buyers must follow the 5-business-day visible-claim period in the wholesale policy. Keep all packaging until X24 or the carrier gives instructions.

7. Refused and undeliverable shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned because of an inaccurate address, unavailable recipient, or unapproved delivery refusal, outbound and return transportation costs may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund. This does not apply when X24 sent the wrong item or the refusal was directed by X24.

8. International and special destinations

The retail website is currently intended for U.S. addresses. International, export, Alaska, Hawaii, territory, PO box, military, and freight-forwarder requests may require manual approval and a separate quotation. The buyer is responsible for destination restrictions, duties, taxes, and importer requirements unless a written agreement says otherwise.

These operational policies were prepared for the current X24 website and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch, especially the legal seller name, mailing address, governing terms, wholesale credit language, and live-payment disclosures.
