These terms govern use of X24's website and purchase services.
“X24” means X24 Products and the seller identified on the applicable quotation, order confirmation, or invoice. Separate written quotation, credit, private-label, or distribution terms control when they expressly differ from these website terms.
1. Using the website
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, scrape protected pricing, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person or company, submit false business information, or attempt to access another company's prices, documents, quotes, or orders.
2. Accounts and security
Account holders must provide accurate information, protect sign-in credentials, and notify X24 of suspected unauthorized access. A company is responsible for activity by users it authorizes. X24 may review, restrict, or suspend access for security, misuse, expired documentation, or failure to meet account requirements.
3. Catalog information
X24 works to keep product names, images, options, SKUs, UPCs, GTINs, specifications, compatibility, case packs, inventory, and prices accurate. Details can change and an image may show an available color or packaging example. The selected SKU, accepted quotation, and order confirmation control the sale. Contact X24 before purchasing when compatibility or certification is material.
4. Retail and wholesale separation
Retail prices apply to public single-unit cart purchases. Wholesale prices apply only to approved business accounts or formal quotations and may depend on tier, case pack, packaging, quantity, destination, or company agreement. 5. Order acceptance, errors, and availability
A submitted cart, quote request, or purchase order is an offer to buy. X24 may correct an obvious error, request clarification, limit quantity, reject an unauthorized order, or cancel unavailable merchandise. If X24 cancels paid unshipped merchandise, the affected amount will be refunded.
6. Payment
Payment methods and timing are shown in the applicable checkout, quotation, invoice, or approved account terms. The current local Stripe demonstration is not a live payment service. Live processor terms and disclosures will be added after the X24 Stripe account is connected. Never send a complete card number through email or a general website form.
7. Shipping, returns, and warranty
The Shipping & delivery, Returns & refunds, and Warranty support policies are incorporated into these terms. Separate accepted wholesale or private-label terms may add or replace operational details for that transaction.
8. Reviews and submitted content
If X24 later enables reviews, a contributor must submit truthful content they have the right to share. X24 may moderate unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, confidential, infringing, deceptive, or unverified content. X24 currently publishes no customer reviews and does not use invented ratings or testimonials.
9. Intellectual property
The X24 name, branding, product photography, text, layout, graphics, and other original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Website access does not grant permission to copy product data, images, pricing, or branding for resale, scraping, publication, or use under another name. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
10. Third-party services and links
Carrier tracking, email, payment processing, and external links may be operated by third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. X24 is responsible for its own obligations but does not control an independent third-party website or service.
11. Disclaimers and limits
Except for an express written warranty and rights that cannot legally be limited, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. X24 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by website interruption, buyer-selected incompatibility, misuse, or matters outside reasonable control. For a product claim, X24's responsibility is limited to the remedies stated in the applicable warranty, return policy, accepted quotation, or mandatory law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by applicable federal law and, where permitted, Washington law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in another jurisdiction. Before filing a formal dispute, contact X24 with the relevant order, quote, or PO reference so the issue can be reviewed. The old Sonilex arbitration and class-waiver language has not been copied into X24's terms and should not be added without legal review.
13. Changes, severability, and contact
X24 may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed. Sales questions go to info@x24usa.com; account and privacy questions go to jordan@x24usa.com.
